足球教练执教理念这玩意儿说简单也简单说复杂它真能把人脑子搞炸，这些年我看过太多教练拿着战术板画得跟毕加索似的结果上了场队员全懵，你比如说瓜迪奥拉那一套传控，多少人跟着学最后学成个四不像，这东西它得看人下菜碟，我这人带队的理念从来就是先让球员知道自己在场上该干嘛，别整那些花里胡哨的虚头巴脑，一个队里十一个人十一个想法那你还踢个屁，执行力你得让它刻在骨头里，训练时候多流汗比赛时候才能少流血，这话糙理不糙，真到了场上什么战术什么阵型全得靠球员那一下本能反应，能把简单的东西重复做对了那就是大师，穆里尼奥当年为啥能成功，他把防守反击那点事儿做到了极致，球员个个跟打了鸡血一样往死里跑，现在有些教练上来就讲哲学讲美学，听着挺唬人可足球它终归是比谁进球多的游戏，你控球率百分之七十被人偷一个照样是输，我这人就更看重那种球队的整体纪律性，一个篱笆三个桩一个好汉三个帮，场上得有人肯干脏活累活，有人愿意给队友补位，这种团队意识它比什么天价球星都管用，别跟我提什么数据模型，球场上那一瞬间的决断力它能用数字算出来吗，训练时候我就跟队员说你们每个人都是球队的一块拼图，拼好了是一幅画拼不好那就是一堆垃圾，带队这些年我最大的体会就是别把自己当救世主，教练就是个搭台子的，戏得让球员自己唱。
