中国足球为什么发展不起来这事儿得从根儿上说你看咱们踢球的人其实不少但为啥就是不行呢青训这块儿从开始就没走对路你看巴西小孩光着脚丫在街头踢野球都能练出技术咱们呢从小就被塞进各种补习班哪有时间碰球家长也觉得踢球没出息考不上好大学将来没出路再加上场地少得可怜想踢个野球得满城找地方还得花钱租自然就没人愿意认真练了

再说中超联赛看着热闹吧有钱啊外援买得贼贵国内球员呢反而没什么上场机会真正有天赋的苗子就那么几个还被吹上天结果一到国际赛场就露馅武磊算一个但就这一个顶什么用呢体系没搭起来光靠一两个球星没用

你看日本足球怎么起来的他们搞了个百年计划从娃娃抓起联赛制度青训体系一步步来不着急现在人家能跟世界强队掰手腕了咱们呢今天学巴西明天学德国后天学西班牙最后四不像什么也没学到不如沉下心来搞最基础的东西

To be brutally honest? It’s a combination of bad management, lack of grassroots infrastructure, and a culture that worships quick results. The tricky part is changing the mindset. People want instant glory but football don’t work that way. It takes generations. And I don’t see any sign of that happening soon. So yeah — Chinese football ain’t gonna develop anywhere until we fix the foundation. Simple as that.
