足球运动员职业道德建设，光靠罚钱真不够用，你看这圈子一摊浑水，球迷骂归骂，可那些大牌踢两场就碰瓷演个戏，裁判还惯着事儿，奖金倒是加了不少，越这样越让人心里犯嘀咕，这帮人到底要脸不要脸是不是得有个谱，咱不能全盯着红黄牌，那玩意儿管不住德性。

一说起来张稀哲掌掴那事儿，多少人说闲话，他自个儿也后悔吧，但一个巴掌下去，整个联赛形象都晃悠，看着是真难受，球迷从看台上丢水瓶，球员从场上往死里铲，这叫啥表现。

零容忍对吧，可现实里执行起来就变味了，谁来管怎么管得严，俱乐部老板恨不得赢球就行，哪顾得上给年轻人立规矩，有些老将更绝，场上散步场下抽烟，曝光了就当没看见，你点他两句他反怪你事儿多，这风气一天不整，金牌凑一筐也没意思是不是。

得从青训源头掐，小孩一进梯队就该知道职业化不是会颠球完事儿，尊重裁判尊重对手尊重观众，这仨词得刻心里头，曼联有些梯队弄的社区服务，咱能不能学学，让这些小伙子知道挣钱不容易，做人要比踢球重要。

看那些个VAR，查来查去都是为了结果饭碗，真有人往死了犯规，拿不拿牌全看关系硬不硬，这算哪门子公平，还不如一刀切，红牌追加禁赛连带罚款，连这都不敢动，以后谁还信足球能干净。

说到底就是体系漏洞加纵容，你罚轻了他再犯，你罚重了他哭穷，总有媒体帮着洗白。可职业道德不是烧香拜佛求来的得他自己长心，俱乐部得敢下刀子，媒体别老护犊子，球迷也别轻易原谅，这活儿看着苦，可不做就等着看笑话吧。

Hit them where it hurts: points deduction, transfer bans. That’ll make them think twice about signing a thug. It ain’t rocket science, it’s just football. But the money has muddied everything. It’s about time someone stood up and said enough.
