If you want to make it stick, you gotta fix the pipeline—teacher certification, college admissions bonuses, real grassroots funding that doesn’t disappear into administration fees. Otherwise it’s just another shiny policy that looks good in a PPT but falls apart when a kid asks “can I really do this for a living?”
