So if you think you can’t practice because no grass field you’re lying to yourself. Get a wall, get a ball, and smash it against the wall at different angles. Control it with your weak foot first, then your strong foot. Repeat till you hate it then repeat more. That’s how you make it stick.
传球的要领更简单别总想着一脚长传打身后那种十脚有八脚飞了还不如老老实实推地滚球,把球踢出去的时候脚弓要端平身体朝向目标方向然后肩膀放松,很多兄弟传球发力过猛其实越使劲越容易偏,用大腿带动小腿像甩鞭子一样最后脚腕一抖那个力度才恰到好处。野球场上啊你把球传到队友脚下比什么都重要别总觉得自己是大神要秀。
You know what separates decent players from good ones? It’s not talent it’s the ability to think two moves ahead. While everyone else is chasing the ball you should be scanning the field even before you get the pass. That split second of awareness lets you decide where to turn or lay it off instantly. Practice that in your head when you watch games too, pause and ask yourself where would I go right now? Ain’t nobody teaching that in a manual.

Last thing and this is crucial don’t underestimate your weak foot. If you can only use one foot you’re a one-legged player in a two-legged game. Force yourself to dribble, pass, even shoot with your weaker side everyday for five minutes. It’s gonna feel clumsy at first, embarrassing even, but once it clicks you’ll have twice the options on the field. That’s the real edge no one talks about.
