自己踢野球十几年了,说真的,没教练没场地全靠瞎琢磨,哪有那么多高大上的训练动作,就是小区楼下,公园空地,跟几个哥们儿一起瞎踢,慢慢悟出来点门道,你信不信颠球练一百遍不如对着墙踢半小时,墙就是最好的教练啊,把球踢出去,墙弹回来你得停球,停不好球就飞了,再停,这就是基本功,脚弓推地滚球正脚背抽高球,每次触球都得想清楚部位,别光用蛮力,力气大没用,触球点偏了球就不听使唤,我刚开始总把球踢到楼上人家窗户那,后来发现其实触球部位偏了一厘米就完全不一样了,你得用心感受脚和球接触那一刻的反馈,像谈恋爱一样,温柔点,别老是用脚尖捅,用脚弓内侧多停球,还有那个大腿停球,很多人觉得难,其实你就把大腿抬起来让球落上去,像卸货一样软一下,球就停在脚边了,别硬接,硬接球就弹飞了,还有胸部停球,这个更讲究,挺胸收腹吸气,球一碰到胸你就往后缩一下,球就粘在身上了,这都是跟网上视频学的,但自己练的时候得找感觉,别光看视频不练,看了就忘,你得把手机放一边,拿个球走出去,每天半小时,一个礼拜就能看到变化,别信那些说一个月变球星的,那是广告,真实情况是两个月你才能勉强把球停在半米内,我说的是停高空球,低平球好办,脚弓一挡就停住了,但高空球,尤其是旋转的,那就麻烦了,你得预判落点提前移动,别站着等球,要迎上去,用身体挡在球和防守人中间,这招叫护球,其实很简单,就是把身体转过去屁股对着防守人,他用脚够不到球,你就赢了,然后慢慢盘带,别急着传球,先抬头看看队友在哪,草根足球最大的毛病就是拿到球就慌,恨不得马上传出去,其实你抬头一看,对方离你三米远呢,你完全可以把球往前拨两步再传,停球带球传球,这三样练好了,业余比赛你就是大腿,另外还有个秘诀,就是光脚踢球,真的,光脚触球感觉更细腻,你穿上鞋感觉不到脚底的触感,光脚在草地上踢,虽然有点疼,但你的脚趾能抓住球,练个几次,你穿鞋以后触球感觉会提升一大截,别不信,很多非洲球星小时候就是光脚踢出来的,还有那个什么梅西,他小时候也是光脚练的,当然咱们没那个天赋,但练练基本功总是可以的,每周踢两场球,不如每天练二十分钟,因为比赛时候你触球次数有限,练习时候一小时内触球几百次,效率高多了,你还可以找个围墙,在上面画个小圈,对着圈踢,练精准度,用脚内侧推,正脚背抽,外脚背拨,各种脚法都试试,最后你会发现,其实踢球就是跟球聊天,你懂它它就听你的,你不懂它它就不理你。

They’ll kick you, trip you, talk trash — that’s the best training. You learn to protect the ball, to think fast, to take hits. No drill can teach that. So forget the apps, forget the gear. Just find a wall, a ball, and a bit of sweat. That’s it. That’s how you get better.
